Cabinet is set in a restored 1930s building that once served as a government residence. The restaurant takes its name from the minister’s office on the third floor — it’s still there today, along with the original spiral staircase. Inside are several rooms, including a small vinyl corner, plus a terrace that opens up in good weather. The menu mixes European dishes with Armenian classics given an original twist — like avocado tabbouleh.
Conservatory

An old house here was turned into a huge greenhouse, with the café on the second floor. It’s bright inside, with high ceilings, vintage chandeliers, metal tables, and blue armchairs. Herbs and vegetables for the kitchen are grown right there in the greenhouse. The menu covers specialty coffee, avocado toast, shakshuka, and a kids’ breakfast. Come for breakfast, then return in the evening for a glass of natural wine on the balcony.
Villa 3 Community Hub
A coworking space that looks straight out of Pinterest: natural tones, a large veranda, tables with built-in outlets, and a library with its own terrace. The complex sits in a quiet forest setting, with mountain views from the desks. There’s also a lecture hall, meeting rooms, and a kids’ room — so you can work while your children play nearby.
PPLS Rooms
A co-living space in the center of Dilijan. Book a bed in a shared room, a private double, or stay longer — there’s an option for every kind of trip. The balconies look out over the mountains. Inside, the shared kitchens are stylish, with the vibe of a cool college dorm straight out of a movie. It works equally well for solo travelers and groups — easy to socialize, easy to retreat to your own room.

A restaurant with mountain views and a chef’s original menu. Chef Hakob Mamikyan pairs Dilijan produce with European dishes — burrata served with local pine cones, for instance. There are Armenian classics too: choratan soup and dolma with barberry. It’s a place to get away from the city. Monet also hosts occasional live concerts and open-air film screenings.
Cemi
A student cafe run by the Apicius Armenia culinary school — a working lab for Italian cooking. Students handle every step themselves, from greeting guests and taking orders to cooking and plating, all under the guidance of chef instructors. The menu features homemade pasta, lasagna, risotto, and tiramisu. The interior is simple but has character, with azulejo tiles topping the tables.
Mame Bakery
A new bakery serving sourdough bread and handmade pastries. The coffee comes from Caffeine Coffee Roasters, Armenia’s first specialty roastery. The menu includes family recipes, like grandmother Anya’s limonnik — a lemon pie with a crisp crust and a bright, tangy filling. The whole place feels like a warm corner of home, where baked goods bring people together around the table.
Piccola
A little slice of Italy in the heart of Dilijan. Checkered tablecloths, pizza, pasta, and the easy, carefree feeling of an Italian afternoon. The bar covers everything from a classic Negroni to the house specialty, a blackberry Rubus. The terrace looks out over mountains and forest. Piccola also occasionally hosts themed evenings, including live saxophone nights.
Mosh
This café-bar changes with the day: coffee and quiet work in the morning, cocktails and sunset light by evening. The kitchen turns out bowls, salads, and other hearty dishes. The bar pours standout cocktails like the Orange Mix Sour and the Miami Bull. Soft lighting and unhurried conversation give the place that just-one-more-drink kind of feel.

An Indian fusion restaurant — the first of its kind outside Yerevan. It was opened by Armenian entrepreneur Inna, for whom a love of India has become deeply personal: before Haveli, she spent years in hospitality and opened the pastry café Darchin. The menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and meat dishes. Haveli also hosts cultural evenings with live music.
Bolors
A family café serving breakfast, lunch, a kids’ menu, and a wide range of croissants and desserts. It also hosts themed events, like an English conversation club. A share of the proceeds from the café’s signature paw-shaped cookies goes to help stray animals in Dilijan. And for the youngest guests, the café can host kids’ birthday parties.
